Do you book the camping for me?

We can! The easiest way for you to get the best sites is for us to do the work for you. We’re happy to book the site as soon as it comes available. But if you’d prefer, we can send you a notification when something is open and then you can try to book it before someone else does.

Is NightsOut a camping concierge?

No, we’re a camper community that shares knowledge. Our founders and rangers have been camping their whole lives and know where to go and when.

What are the benefits of a NightsOut camping membership?

The primary benefit of a NightsOut camping membership is the best access to the best camping. We share with you everything we know so you have the best camping season ever. In addition, we’ll also outfit you with some pretty cool swag.

Can I use NightsOut for as many camping trips as I’d like?

Yes! Use us for all your camping trips! We’re happy to help you get outside as much as you like.

What areas do you operate in?

We’ve started on the west coast, specializing in the San Francisco Bay and the areas around Portland and Seattle. While we know camping around here best, if you have a specific competitive campground in mind outside of those areas, like a famous national park, we can still hunt down reservations for you.

Do you charge for bookings?

We do not charge booking fees when we book campsites for you. You will only pay the charge of the reservation plus any booking fee that the operator might charge.

How do you get the best camping campsites?

That’s our secret sauce. While we can’t get into the details, we can share that we use a blend of our local knowledge, relationships with the camping community, and technology tools. We do not bulk purchase sites and resell them. We only book sites that you’ve specifically asked for.
